Custom Clothing Business Comes to Woodbridge

Custom Clothing Business Comes to Woodbridge

A business that manufactures women’s clothing is setting up shop in town, thanks to a deal brokered by Levey Miller Maretz. Pamela Hirth Designs has leased 1,050 square feet of space at 1652 Litchfield Turnpike, in D’Andrea’s Plaza, from landlord Litchfield Realty Trust.

The business makes custom, one-of-a-kind clothing for women and will use the space for a showroom.

Steve Miller, principal at Levey Miller Maretz, represented the landlord in the deal. Trevor Davis of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
