Classes for varied fitness levels in a gentle style. Focus on balance, posture, and strength. Breathwork calms the nervous system. Meditation deepens your inner resilience. Morning yoga classes are held 10:30 am to 11:45 am. Evening yoga class is held 5:30pm to 6:45 pm. All classes held in Room 16, 4 Meetinghouse Lane Woodbridge, Old Center School between the Library and Town Hall.
