My crew has a commander, pilot, mathematician, engineer, biologist, physicist and computer scientist. We are smart and curious and work well together. We are leaving big mirrors along the craters to melt the ice by reflecting sunlight onto the ice. We need water to drink, grow food and turn it into rocket fuel and oxygen. If there is enough water on the moon, we won’t need to carry it from Earth and could carry other things. Finding and making enough water on the moon will help us survive on the moon and travel beyond to places like Mars.
