New Convenience Store, Gas Station Coming to Woodbridge

New Convenience Store, Gas Station Coming to Woodbridge

A long-vacant former gas station site is getting reinvigorated with a new gas station and convenience store, located just off the Wilbur Cross Parkway, as the result of a deal brokered by Levey Miller Maretz. Woodbridge Gas LLC has entered a 25-year lease at 1655 Litchfield Turnpike and aims to begin constructing a new convenience store and installing gas pumps this Spring.

Among various improvements to the site, Woodbridge Gas plans to add a sidewalk in front of the property and improve traffic signaling near the Parkway off-ramp across the street. The development will be more expansive than the previous gas station was, encompassing most of an adjacent vacant lot.
