Christina Glusac Elected To Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society

Middletown, CT—Wesleyan University senior Christina Glusac was elected to the Connecticut Gamma Chapter of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society during an initiation ceremony on December 6.  Glusac, a native of Woodbridge who previously attended Amity Regional Senior High School, is majoring in Psychology at Wesleyan.  To be elected, a student must first have been nominated by the department of his or her major.  He or she also must have demonstrated curricular breadth by having met the General Education Expectations and must have achieved a GPA of 93 and above.

The Independent Day School Announce Third Quarter Honor Roll Students

Middlefield, CT – The Independent Day School in Middlefield is proud to recognize eighth grader Sofia Pfannenbecker of Woodbridge for achieving honor roll status in the first trimester of the 2017-18 academic year.  The Independent Day School is a coeducational private school for students in preschool, elementary and middle school.  Located on 33 acres, IDS provides families of diverse racial, religious and social backgrounds from over 25 surrounding communities with a challenging curriculum in a warm, supportive environment.

Dean’s List

Lehigh University Announces Students Who Attained Dean’s List For Fall 2017

Bethlehem, PA — Students at Lehigh University attained Dean’s List in Fall 2017.  This status is granted to students who earned a scholastic average of 3.6 or better while carrying at least 12 hours of regularly graded courses.  The following Woodbridge students earned Dean’s List status for the Fall 2017 semester:  Stephanie Laugeni and John Sandberg.
