Waltham, MA – Zachary Katz of Woodbridge was named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2020 semester at Brandeis University in Waltham, Mass. The Dean’s List is an academic honor awarded to students who achieved a semester GPA of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale, completed a minimum of three courses for a letter grade and received a grade of C or higher in all courses. Katz is a Junior, majoring in Creative Writing and Anthropology and is a 2018 graduate of Amity Regional High School.

College of Charleston
Charleston, SC – College of Charleston congratulates more than 2,600 students who were named to the President’s List and Dean’s List for Fall 2020. Named to the President’s List was Joshua Petro of Woodbridge, CT, majoring in General Studies. Those from Woodbridge named to the Dean’s List are: Lindsay Dragunoff, is majoring in Biology; and Jillian Mastrofrancesco, majoring in International Business. To qualify for President’s List (Highly Distinguished), students must earn a GPA of 3.800 or higher and complete a minimum of 14 semester hours. To quality for Dean’s List (Distinguished), students must earn a GPA of 3.600 or higher and complete a minimum of 14 semester hours.
New London, CT – Alana Safian, class of 2023 at Connecticut College, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2020 fall semester, achieving Dean’s High Honors. Safian is an Undeclared major.
Eastern Connecticut State University
Willimantic, CT – Eastern Connecticut State University recently released its Dean’s List for the fall 2020 semester, in which more than 1,300 students were recognized for maintaining high GPAs. Those from Woodbridge named to the Dean’s List are: Naja Davis-Drew, a full-time student who majors in Communication; and Jolie Garcia, a full-time student who majors in Biology. To qualify for Dean’s List, full-time students must complete a minimum of 12 credits in letter-graded courses with an average GPA of 3.5 or higher in the semester. Part-time students are eligible if they’ve accumulated 15 or more credits of letter-graded course work with an average GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Beverly, MA – Endicott College, the first college in the U.S. to require internships of its students, is pleased to announce its Spring 2020 Dean’s List students. In order to qualify for the Dean’s List, a student must obtain a minimum grade point average of 3.5, receive no letter grade below “C,” have no withdrawal grades, and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits for the semester. Tara Laugeni of Woodbridge, CT, is among those named to the Dean’s List at Endicott College for the Fall 2020 semester. Clinton, NY – Brian Seiter, of Woodbridge has been named to the Dean’s List at Hamilton College for the 2020 fall semester. To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must have carried throughout the semester a course load of four or more graded credits with an average of 3.5 or above. Seiter, a sophomore, is a graduate of Hopkins School.
Worcester, MA – Matteo Delsanto of Woodbridge, was named to the College of the Holy Cross Fall 2020 Dean’s List. A member of the Class of 2024, Delsanto is majoring in Undeclared. Delsanto was among more than 1,453 students named to the Dean’s List for outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2020-21 academic year. To qualify, students must pass four or more letter-graded courses with no failing grades during the semester and earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Iowa State University
Ames, Iowa – More than 11,000 Iowa State University students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the fall semester 2020 Dean’s List. Students named to the Dean’s List must have earned a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work. Woodbridge resident Jason Christopher Luciani, 3, Mechanical Engineering was named to the Dean’s List.
Hamden, CT – The following Woodbridge students were named to the dean’s list for the Fall 2020 semester at Quinnipiac University: Victoria Foster, Christine Golden, Judah Immanuel, Karalyn Kachmar, Ayaan Malik, and Ephemia Nicolakis. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 with no grade lower than C. Full-time students must complete at least 14 credits in a semester, with at least 12 credits that have been graded on a letter grade basis to be eligible. Part-time students must complete at least six credits during a semester.
Roger Williams University
BRISTOL, RI – Select students have been named to the Fall 2020 Dean’s List at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean’s List that semester. Albany, NY – Mya Duncan of Woodbridge has been named to the Fall 2020 Dean’s List at The College of Saint Rose. The Dean’s List recognizes full-time undergraduate students who complete a minimum of 12 graded credit hours and who achieve a semester average of 3.5 without a D, F, or Incomplete grade.
University of New Haven
West Haven, CT – Andrew Bucci of Woodbridge, CT, a student in the Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences at the University of New Haven, has been named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2020 semester. Andrew is working on a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
University of Wisconsin-Madison
Madison, WI – The University of Wisconsin-Madison has recognized students named to the Dean’s List for the fall semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. Students who achieve at a high level academically are recognized by the dean at the close of each semester. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must complete a minimum of 12 graded degree credits in that semester. Each university school or college sets its own GPA requirements for students to be eligible to receive the distinction. Concordia University, Nebraska
Seward, NE – Marika Wissink of Woodbridge, CT, earned a Master of Education from Concordia University, Nebraska after completing her studies between December 2020 and January 2021. Undergraduates earning a degree from Concordia were eligible for distinction or high distinction honors. The top 10 percent of graduates with the highest GPA in their respective colleges were designated as graduating with high distinction. An additional 15 percent were designated as graduating with distinction.
