Woodbridge Land Trust Announces Its Annual Fall Walk

The Board of Directors of the Woodbridge Land Trust invites the public to experience the scenic views of the Hitchcock hayfield at 902 Baldwin Road on Saturday, October 17 at 2:00 p.m. The farm, consisting of 85 acres has a remarkable history and geography and is home to a vast array of wildlife, together with fields, ponds, and woodlands. This opportunity is being made available by permission of the Hitchcock family who owns the property. As we walk the property with naturalist Louisa Cunningham members of the family will accompany us and relate their experience working the farm.

This event is free and open to the public. Parking is available in the field fronting on Baldwin Road. We are walking rain or shine, but in case of truly inclement weather go to www.woodbridgelandtrust.org for notice of cancellation.

The Woodbridge Land Trust, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization that relies on the tax-deductible contributions of its donor to preserve, conserve and protect Woodbridge’s natural resources and open space. For more information, please email woodbridgelandtrust@gmail.com.
