Diane has been employed for 24 years at Marrakech Inc. where she is Vice President of Risk Management. In her role, she coordinates the Agency Risk Management Plan, works in conjunction with Human Resources, handles the agency unemployment program, and workers compensation investigations. She also oversees a pool of trained investigators and reports to the CAO and DEO for all legal issues that are in the process or being monitored. Diane also moderates a Management Mentorship & Advisory Group. Diane lives in Derby and has a daughter, Alexandra.
Caty Poole serves as Executive Director of Massaro Community Farm, a 57 acre nonprofit organic farm in Woodbridge that provides farm-based education and holds several community events each year. She came to the farm after a long career in the biotechnology sector. After growing up in Hawaii, Caty returned to the East coast to attend college and be closer to family. Caty volunteered regularly in community food outreach programs. She was drawn to Massaro Farm because of its commitment to donate 10% of what they grow to local hunger relief agencies. Caty resides in Westville with her husband.
