Yoga for All: Gentle Style


If you’ve ever wondered if yoga is for you, this 5 -week series might help you decide.  There are many styles of yoga today; this class seeks to offer you the basics of yoga with various levels of challenge, and is particularly suited for those new to yoga or who need adaptations.  For instance, the morning classes do not require you to be on your knees, and those with hip replacements will find this class manageable.

Join us for 5 weeks beginning May 3 for the 10:30 a.m. Wednesday morning classes, and May 8 for the Monday 10:30 and 5:30 classes.  All classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes.  Wear comfortable clothes.  Mats are available.

5 classes for $40 or $10 per single class  Pay at first class.  Checks made to Woodbridge Recreation Department.

Classes held in Room 16 of “The Center”, next to the Woodbridge Town Library on Meetinghouse Lane.  Enter either side door nearest the street.
