Explore the public library, bookstores, and the web for books, CDs, and DVDs. There is a wealth of information to start and sustain you on the path to inner knowledge, balance, health, and equanimity. Yoga and meditation are not specific religious paths, rather they are vehicles to bring you closer to your personal understanding of life’s purpose.

May peace and understanding be with us all.
