Shawn Flynn

Shawn Flynn’s dedication to family, integrity, and service, along with wide-ranging experience are what best qualify him as a candidate for reelection to the Zoning Board of Appeals. Presently a senior analyst at Yale University, his professional background includes nearly twenty years of delivering data-driven strategy in a variety of industries. Shawn’s public service experience includes: former member of the CT Air National Guard, former co-chair of Yale Veteran’s Network, OSA youth soccer coach, and current member of the Woodbridge EDC. His military service helped him earn a BA in Economics from WCSU. He and his wife, McKenzie Granata, moved to Woodbridge in 2012 with their two children who are presently in 6th and 8th grade. Shawn enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, DIY projects, cutting firewood and fishing. Active participation, understanding our neighbor’s needs, and fostering compromise are areas that Shawn is focused on.
