New Haven Biohaven Buys Downtown Building for $2.35 Million

Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D’Ostilio Real Estate announced the following commercial real estate transaction:

209 Church Street, New Haven CT - Ken Ginsberg, a Commercial Broker at Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D’Ostilio facilitated the sale of 209 Church Street, a 13,645 square foot brick construction building built in 1929 and located in the downtown section of New Haven. Ginsberg represented both the Seller and the Buyer. He has extensive experience in all facets of commercial and industrial real estate development, leases, acquisitions and brokerage.

The 2-story building was sold for $2.35MM to Biohaven Pharmaceuticals.

Biohaven is a global clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company and a recognized industry leader in scientific innovation and drug development. The company initially focused on advancing novel treatments in neuroscience but has expanded its efforts to pursue innovative and potentially life-changing therapies for people suffering from a range of debilitating diseases, including common and rare disorders, that have limited or no treatment options.
