Spring Into Yoga with Bill Banick & Diane King
Time to register for the Spring session of Yoga & T'ai Chi with Bill Banick. March 1 to May 31. Monday through Friday mornings 8:30 am to 9:45 am and Tuesday evenings March 5 through May 28, 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm in Room 16 at the Center Building.
T'ai Chi Thursday evenings March 7 to May 30, 5:30-6:30 in room 16.
Gentle Yoga – with Diane King-- Monday and Wednesday morning classes 10:30 am to 11:45 am, and Monday evening classes available, 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm– ongoing registration. New Monday session: March 11– April 29. New Wednesday session: March 20 -May 1. All classes take place in room 16 in the Center Building.
