Youth Services Director Nancy Pfund instructs students in the Home Alone class.

This 2-day class will be held on Tuesday and Thursday, May 28 & 30, from 4:00 – 5:15 pm in the Woodbridge Library Meeting Room. Students 9 – 12 years of age are encouraged to attend. Help prepare your tween and relieve some of the concerns about being alone at home. Students learn about emergencies, what happens when you call 911, answering phone calls, following house rules, gaming, and internet safety. We offer suggestions for making nutritious snacks. Each child will receive a packet of information to review with parents.

Cost is $15 for residents and $20 for non-residents payable in advance to Woodbridge Youth Services. Sibling discount is $5. Healthy snacks are provided. Call soon to sign up as there is limited space. Email npfund@woodbridgect.org for more information.
